Our doctors are out of network with all insurance plans. When you receive care from us -- whether for an office visit or surgery -- you'll be billed directly for the provider's professional fee.
If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, we'll provide you with the necessary documentation so you may submit a claim to your insurer for reimbursement according to your policy.
Do you have a payment plan?
Yes, we offer a payment plan with 0% interest for up to one year., for surgery fees.
Will insurance pay for hospital care, labs, and imaging?
Yes. Labs, radiology, and hospital charges are billed separately to insurance by the facility where you get them, and covered according to your policy.
what if out-of-network isn't for me?
If we aren't right for you, we can refer you to a doctor who bills insurance the traditional way. Email info@bostonendocare.com to request a list of excellent endometriosis excision surgeons who bill insurance.

Surgery
Provider fee is based on complexity. Average endometriosis excision surgery $8,000, average hysterectomy $3,500.
