Our doctors are out of network with all insurance plans. When you receive care from us -- whether for an office visit or surgery -- you'll be billed directly for the provider's professional fee. ​​​​​​​​

If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, we'll provide you with the necessary documentation so you may submit a claim to your insurer for reimbursement according to your policy.

Do you have a payment plan?

Yes, we offer a payment plan with 0% interest for up to one year., for surgery fees.

Will insurance pay for hospital care, labs, and imaging?

​​​Yes. Labs, radiology, and hospital charges are billed separately to insurance by the facility where you get them, and covered according to your policy.

what if out-of-network isn't for me?
